Subject: "Where on medical grounds, including explicit Covid19 restrictions imposed on a dancer or a dancer's immediate family, a dancer is unable to attend the 2020 Regional Oireachtas, the normal medical appeal should be submitted within the appropriate timelines. Such appeals will only be considered where a dancer has entered the Oireachtas." Seems that if a WQ is registered but can't dance due to quarantine, dancer needs to appeal (and I assume the appeal would be granted.)
