Anyone can get the virus while on the Oireachtas trip... either at the event itself, or the rest stop on the highway, the airport, eating out etc. They might not ever know they have it, and they might pass it on to someone else who could get sick, or even die.

And even if people DO get it, and become sick enough to get tested... how many will come back on this message board and say, "oh, yeah...looks like I did get COVID at the Oireachtas".
