Date Posted: 22:31:12 10/13/05 Thu In reply to: Sharon Spangler 's message, "repair" on 20:42:08 10/13/05 Thu Hi Sharon, For service and repairs, try Randy Cox in Anaheim at (714)404-2635 or Nick Morris in Canoga Park at (818)712-0119. Used tapes are occasionally available on eBay, and Randy has new sets available for sale too. With a little work, you can make your own tapes from MIDI files using an application called MID2PianoCD. There are many free MIDI files on the Internet that sound terrific on the Pianocorder. Here's another option that permits running the Pianocorder from your computer: Pianocorder Control Plug-in for WINAMP. This solution permits playing both original Marantz tapes (stored on your computer) as well as MIDI files. For a little more, you can completely eliminate the old cassette deck with a wireless link to your PC. I'll be happy to provide any further information you need.
