I started off with a Pianocorder Vorsetzer in 1985 complete with the recording option. The Technician at the time fitted the switching under the keys. The Vorsetzer did record for a while then the recording side of it stopped. I later acquired a Pianocorder that had been removed from an upright piano and installed it in my 1903 Lipp upright a few years ago. The recording function of this unit has never worked since installation. The board with the microphone on it is present and connected. Fortunately I kept the Vorstezer as a source of spare parts as I felt spares would be scarce, particularly here in Australia. I have already had to use the bass board out of the Vorsetzer to correct a problem on the built in unit. Regards, Neil Palmer [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |
