I think you have a shorted driver transistor for the offending note. That probably burned out the first solenoid and will burn out the replacement fairly quickly.

Before that happens, unplug the power cord from the wall and wait at least one minute. (There might be high voltage still in the area.) Expose the solenoids, find the bad note and unplug the solenoid from the driver board. The note won't stay down any more, and it won't play either. But you can play the piano until you can get the driver board repaired.

There are several technicians who can fix it for you if you don't feel you can do it yourself. Their names are to be found on the forum.
