It is something we can potentially reconsider later. Q: Will the Land Surveying Tool be turned into a custom house tool? A: If you mean a House Placement Tool, yes. In AoS, the House Placement Tool has the same functionality as the Land Survey Tool, except you can use it to build a house directy with funds in your bank. All Land Survey Tools in the game become House Placement Tools when AoS is published. Q: Will we be able to use lava falls just as we can use water falls??? A: It might be possible to add those in later as well, but they won't be there on initial release. Q: Will there be blood and blood falls available (dyed water and water fall tiles) in the custom house tool (the kind of thing that you have in one of the Ilshenar dungeons)? A: Not at this time. The ability to re-hue custom house components is a feature we removed early in the development cycle. That is why some early screen shots showed unusual coloration on a custom house. Again, it is something we can revisit in the future. It's just not something we had enough resources to get right and have it ready by the ship date.
