EHT lost to Mainland and was lucky to beat Absegami, Lower and OC, three teams that are not headed for the playoffs. They did beat a decent Oakcrest team, a Pleasantville team that is struggling a bit and a depleted Millville. (who knows how good those teams were in Vermont!) Middle should be ranked ahead of EHT.
