A sweet mare and a wonderful broodmare, but has an old
injury keeping her from being a riding horse

... As soon as Angel had arived at forever creek toby had started hanging around her stable and talking to her. Then when she was turned out he would stand in the paddock stroking her. I had just ignored this. But one day when i was mucking out i saw him in her stable putting a headcollar and lead rope on her. I asked him what he was doing and he said he was taking her for a walk. I found out later that day that he had taken her down to the race track and walked her round. He said that when she was there it seemed like it all had come flooding back to her. She had started walking with her head up insted of down. She did not look board any more. Since then Toby has been giving her realy special treatment. Angel has been going for daily walks to lots of different places. She was starting to build up some muscle. Now angel waits for toby every day to go out on her walks. She is realy happy. I have also put her in a field with some of her foals and she was prancing around with them. It is realy nice to see. I love that mare. I have now let toby fully work with her. He is walking her and soon i am going to ask saddle if Angel is allowed to be lunged and what else can we do to keep her fit.
