I drove to the barn. I parked in the parking lot and got out. I walked into the barn and got my tack out. i grabbed Courage's halter, and checked the time on my watch. I had a 1/2 an hour until TC my new horse arrived. I caught courage and led him into the barn. I groomed him and tacked him up. I led him out to the ring and mounted. I rode him in each direction at a walk,trot and canter. then, I walk,trotted and cantered over poles on the ground. He was soon going to learn how to do flying lead changes. i checked my watch again. Yikes! I only had 7 mins, to untack and cool out Courage. I cooled him out quickly and dismounted. I led him into the barn and untacked him. I gave him a treat and groomed him quickly. Just as I was leading him out of the barn, Saddle's trailer pulled in. I turned Courage out and ran over to meet her, Courage's halter and lead still in hand. We said hi. I walked into the barn and put Courage's halter away while Saddle unloaded TC. she lead him over to me and handed me the lead." Do you have a halter for him because I need the one he has on for another horse?" said Saddle. I nodded my head and Got TC's halter out. We changed his halter. Saddle said bye to TC. I said thank you and said Good bye. Then, Saddle left. I put TC in the cross ties and groomed him good. He seemed to enjoy it. He nuzzled me as i gave him a treat. "Your just a big love bug." I said to TC. i then took him for a walk around the farm. I took him to his paddock and turned him out. His paddock was next to my mare Sparkle's. she ran over to him and sniffed him. They seemed to like each other. Sassy smelled TC too. I went and got Dutchess out. I groomed her and then turned her out. I then groomed sparkle and halter trained Sassy. She hated the halter. I put it on her and led her around the field. I then took it off her. I said Good bye to my horses and left to go home.
