• Lily walked into the Recreational area. She massaged her left shoulder with one hand, (It was covered in a large bandage) and slipped off her shoes. She sat down at the edge of the pool and let her feet trail in the water. (NT) -- Lily, 14:35:30 05/22/05 Sun
• (OOC inside) Rustam surfaces again, rubbing his hands vigorously through his hair. Suddenly, he notices Lily. "Oh, hey, Lily!" Then, noticing the bandage on her shoulder, "What happened?" He begins moving towards the edge of the pool and looks around for a towel to dry off with. -- Rustam, 07:25:37 05/23/05 Mon
  • (Inside) Lily smiled and replied, "I had a spot of trouble with some goblins. No worries though, you should see the goblin." Lily trailed off "So, what trouble have you been up to lately?" -- Lily, 05:16:03 05/24/05 Tue
    • (Inside) Finding one, Rustam picks it up and ruffles it through his hair. He picks up his shirt from where he tossed it and pulls it over his head, then sits down next to Lily. "Oh, nothing much, really. Just...well...I dunno...killing time. Killing goblins would have been more interesting...wish I could have been there. • OOC: Sorry, my internet has been acting up - besides the fact that I have to dodge my parents. They think RPing makes you into a socially mal-adjusted fantasy geek. BIC: "You've had that looked at properly, right? Wouldn't want it to get infected or anything," Rustam says. He sits down on the edge of the pool next to Lily and leans back, stretching his arms out behind him for support (incedentally bringing his left arm slightly behind her as well. • OOC: I am now realizing how difficult it would be to see a bandage on a person's shoulder (unless you could see the buldge from it) to make things a bit more realistic or whatever lets say it's a sling and not a bandage. BIC: "What's your definition of properly?" Lily asked innocently leaning back just slightly so that her back just touched Rustam's arm. "I looked after it myself." • OOC: Where would Rustam take her to get her arm properly fixed, unless he knew how himself?BIC: A thrill goes through Rustam at her touch on his arm "Did you break it or something, or did you just sprain it? If it's broken, did you set it yourself?" asks Rustam, still unconvinced as to whether she has been properly bandaged up.   • OOC: I'm not sure but I think there are supposed to be white dragons that have healing powers but as no one who would play them is active maybe we should just go somewhere where there could be people that could heal her...It would probably be easier if Rustam just did it.       • Lily allows Rustam to undress the wound. It appears that an arrow has struck her just below the collar bone. She's lost a lot of blood (I'm not sure how you would find that out) but her clothes are clean (meaning that she has changed since the incident). Again Rustam can notice that the wound is poorly dressed. The wound is slightly larger than it should be. It seems that Lily had some trouble getting the arrow out. Which would make sense if the arrow was barbed. -- Lily, 20:48:37 06/25/05 Sat
• OOC: How the heck am I supposed to get out a barbed arrowhead? Unless you're ready for major pain...well, here goes. BIC: Rustam winces at how bad the wound is looking. "Well, the first thing to do is get that arrowhead out. This is going to really hurt, but hang on tight." He grasps her arm firmly in one hand. With the other, he pinches the arrowhead securely and pulls sharply. With a little resistance, it comes out. It wasn't severely barbed, just enough to make it somewhat harder than the average arrow - and more painful to remove for someone a little squeamish. -- Rustam, 20:21:28 07/07/05 Thu
  • OOC: Not bold at all. It's nice to get things moving. IC: Lily winced slightly as Rustam pulled the arrowhead out. "Thanks." she said also mumbling something that sounded like "stupid goblins" under her breath. -- Lily, 11:48:08 07/11/05 Mon
    • Pulling the arrowhead out inevitably caused the wound to start bleeding rather profusely again. Rustam let out an expletive under his breath and quickly grabbed the bandage, wrapping it tightly around the wound and then grabbing her arm to put pressure on it. After a while, the bleeding slowed. "Let's go get some more bandages, and get this cleaned off." (NT) -- Rustam, 08:56:34 08/06/05 Sat

  • OOC: You know, the only problem with RPing (and, in my opinion, one reason you generally tend to get stuck) is because you have to record every single little detail of your characters' lives, which gets rather tedious after a while. So, I'm just going to skip some stuff. BIC: Rustam and Lily went off, got her bandaged up, and then decided to go walk around in the clearing for some fresh air.
