OOC: I am now realizing how difficult it would be to see a bandage on a person's shoulder (unless you could see the buldge from it) to make things a bit more realistic or whatever lets say it's a sling and not a bandage. - Lily allows Rustam to undress the wound. It appears that an arrow has struck her just below the collar bone. She's lost a lot of blood (I'm not sure how you would find that out) but her clothes are clean (meaning that she has changed since the incident). Again Rustam can notice that the wound is poorly dressed. The wound is slightly larger than it should be. It seems that Lily had some trouble getting the arrow out.
