After shaking her hand, he dropped his gaze to the pack next to him. At the comment about his eyes, he almost ducked his head sheepishly.

As he spoke, he'd look down, or occasionally glance up through rather the rather long-ish blonde hair falling in his eyes. Avoiding eye contact was a bad habit he'd had for as long as he could remember, but wasn't in any hurry to break it.

"I'm pretty much all on my own. Not quite sure what I'm going to do, aside from study and start training for one of the Orders. What else is there to do, y'know?"

It was pretty obvious that he wasn't much of a social butterfly, heh.
