Subject: Crystaline put her hand on his face, and wiped away a tear with her thumb. She put her arms around his neck, and buried her face into his shoulder, so that he wouldn't be able to see it. Her eyebrows were furrowed, and tears welled up in her eyes (More inside.)

Did he fail her? She knew that the outcome of the experience that they both had wasn't a tragic one. In the end they were both all right. In the end, it was their expirence that made her love him all the more. And, she thought, it wasn't that it was exactly his fault. He just got caught up in the middle of a long-standing family feud.
She wondered, what would have happened if she had been with someone different? Maybe Imaran, perhaps? She tried to think the situation through. Whichever way she put it, she didn't think there would have been a better, less dangerous out come anyway.
And now that she was really thinking about it, her life was full of danger anyway. And if she really thought about that, she realized that without danger, her life would really not mean a lot. She loved danger, excitement, and maybe a little pain here and there. And she could never love anyone who didn't want to share an adventure with her now and then.
She pulled back from Twilight, and said, "Twilight, you are a fool, to think that my life should be safe, and protected. That my life should be inside a house where nothing can get to me. I love you, more than you know. And I have always lead a dangerous life. I love it. But if you think my life will be any less dangerous if you go out of it, you will be sadly mistaken. All going away will accomplish will be leaving me with a shattered heart." She then placed her forehead on his, and looked into his eyes and whispered, "Don't leave me... please!" It was a feirce, desperate whisper.
