I got my job in the Ninth Level of Hell (read Blue Cross/Blue Shield) by going to a job fair. I did research on Monster and checked out local websites for jobs.

But if you want to relocate, I think the internet would be a good source of leads. But use people you know, too. Connections make all the difference. Plus, you'd at least know somebody in the area if you got a job there.
