0830 – 1030 Land Training (Weights)
1030 – 1100 Wash Up
1100 – 1200 Talk/Video
1200 – 1300 Lunch, prepare water bag for water training
1300 – 1315 Gather at Atrium
1315 – 1400 Journey to KL
1400 – 1745 Dragonboat + land Training
1745 – 1830 Bathe, meet
1830 – 1915 Journey back to school
1915 – 1930 Take utensils
1930 – 2030 Dinner (include wash up, washing of clothes so on)
2030 – 2230 Debrief for the day, Talk by Mr Tan Principles of
Training/Physioogical Aspects/Nutritional aspects
2230 – 2300 Supper
2300 – 2330 Wash up
2330 Lights off

Day 2 (22nd November 2001, Thursday):

0600 Rise & Shine (NO alarm before 0600)
0600 – 0630 Wash up
0630 – 0800 Morning PT by Mr. Tan
0800 – 0900 Breakfast
0900 – 1030 Light games
1030 – 1130 Talk/Video
