Today I keep galloping tara up a big hill and I walk down. When she heard a bag move from the bottom from someone feeding their horses she galloped down and she tumbled to the floor and I broke my arm but Tara is alright just a few scratches. I can't ride for 2 weeks.

I give tara and prince a day off today. I groom them and pick their hooves then I turn them out. An hour later after I had mucked out their stalls and cleaned their gear I bring them in with fresh hay and water. While they eat I groom them and pick their hooves again then I give them more water and a treat. I put everything away then I leave.

I get Princess from her stall and I groom her and tack her up. I get Summer and put on a halter and I take Summer with me and Princess on our trail ride. we get back and I put summer back then I untack Princess I feed both of them and give them both treats and I say goodbye.

I go get Summer form her stall and I groom her and pick her hooves and I tack her up with a western saddle. I take her out of the barn and I check the cinch and then I mount.
We go to the ring and I start her off at a walk.
Summer is trained in Western Pleasure so I just let her walk around the ring for awhile. Just a pleasure ride. I bring her to a trot and then back to a walk for awhile longer.
I take Summer back to the barn and untack her and give her some carrots when she is back in her stall.
Then I go get Princess. I groom her and tack her up. Then I take her to the ring. I tie her to the fence and I drag out some huge barrels I'm going to use for a barrel racing practice.
I set them up in the right spots and I go back to Princess. I tighten her cinch and I mount. I warm her up and then practice with the barrels.This is only my second time riding Princess but she is doing great. I decide that we've both had enough for today and I cool Princess down and take her back to the barn. I untack her and give her some carrots to munch on until I can get her and Summers dinner ready. I give them both some oats and hay and fresh water. I tell them both goodbye and I leave.

I come into candy's stall and I groom him,tack him up and pick his hooves then we go into the fields to practice cross country.
After practicing I untack him,groom him and pick his hooves in his stall. I then muck out his stall and I feed him.
I get fanta's gear and I go to her stall. I groom her,pick her hooves and tack her up then we go practice some dressage in the ring.
After riding I untack her,groom her and pick her hooves in her stall then I muck out her stall and I feed her. I then go into the tack room and I wash and oil her gear and candy's then I put it away neatly. I wash my brushes and put them away then I leave.

I go to the stall holding my new horse and I open the door. I poke my head inside.
"Princess."
The 11yr old Dark Bay Mare turned and nickered.
I smiled and went inside. I pat her nose and then slip a halter over her head. I groom her until she shines and then I borrow Summers saddle,pad and bridle. I tack Princess up and we go to the ring. I put her threw her paces and take her over a few 2-3ft jumps.
I cool her down and take her back to the barn. I untack her and put her back in her stall. I say hi to Summer and feed them both. I give them some carrots and I kiss them both goodbye.

Today I was riding candy. After riding him I put him away and I go to mount fanta on the mounting block but I slip and the mounting block skids on the ground and fanta gets scared of it. So today I taught fanta not to be scared of it. After that we went on a trail ride.

Today I quickly got into the stable, i groomed each of my horses, i then feed them and gave them all water. I then let them outside into the pasture. I left Pikkles in his stall,I groomed him,picked out his hooves,and I tacked him up in jumping equipment.I then got my helmet,gloves and whip. I then mounted and headed for the jumping arena, i warmed him up and then we practiced jumps. WE did really good. After we were done, I pet him and gave him a carrot. I then dismounted and walked around the arena with him once. I then took him back into the stable. I then took my gear off and put it away.I then untacked Pikkles. I then groomed him again.I then put the stuff away,I then took him outside also. I say good bye then left

We are both starving, so I give summer some grain and hay and I get a candy bar from the tack room. I come and eat with summer when I'm finished I stick the candy bar wrapper in my pocket and I refil summers water bucket and slip her some carrots. I give her rump a pat and I say goodbye.

Today I decide to ride Charming my newest horse bareback jumping. I run and get her grooming tools,and her tack.I then groom her,pick her feet and then tack her up. I then grab my helmet,gloves,body protector,and my whip. I then mount her and then I warm her up in the jumping arena first. I then start going over caveletties,oxers and the other jumps. I then jump 4'6 and we make it.I am so excited when i am done so i hop off and halter her around for awhile. I then take her back into the stable. I then put her in her stall for a minute while I take my gear and stuff off. I then come back and I take her tack off and put it back, i then groom her,and give her a bath. I then pet her,and give her a carrot,food and then water. I then put a body warmer on her and let her go out to pasture. I then leave the stable.

I go to summers stall and call her name. She pricks her ears and nickers. I go to the tack room and get her brushes and tack. I crosstie her and quickly groom her and tack her up. I lead her out of the barn and swing into her saddle. I don't feel like schooling her and a trail ride didn't seem very appeling today so I guess I'll just play around.
I warm her up in the ring and then go to the feilds and I canter her for about 10 minutes. Then I cool her down by trotting and then finally walking.
I take her back to the ring and dismount. I finish cooling her out. I untack her in the ring and I go over to the fence and I hope on her bare back. We walk around the ring for awhile. I decide she's had enough exercise and I take her back to the barn. I go back to the ring and bring in my tack. I give her some carrots and feed her and kiss her goodbye.

Because the western events are coming up I start working hard. I come into candy's stall with her gear. I groom her,pick her hooves and tack her up quickly then we go out into the fields and I start herding. Candy starts bossing the bull around. It starts to charge but candy rears. I stay on. I then canter candy. I block them from all going then I slow down her pace to a walk. I pat her, but the work isn't finished. A calf manages to sneak out but candy caught her and cantered up to her. The mother cow strikes candy but jumps back when he snorts. I get them lined up again. I keep herding and none of the cattle gets away.
I finish herding them in 23 mins. pretty good! thats 5 bulls,25 cows and 15 calves. I pat candy then I shut the gate. I then gallop him back to his stall where I untack him,groom him and pick his hooves. I give him hay,pellets and water then I wash and oil his gear. I put it away neatly and I give him he's treat then I leave.

I walk to summers stall and peer in. I see that she has hay all in her forelock and at the top of her mane. I see her tail is littered with straw, only her coat is shining as it was the day before. I sigh and let myself in. Summer looks at me and nickers, she takes a few steps over to me and nuzzles my pockets looking for treats. I tell her that she is spoiled and pull some baby carrots out. She laps them up and crunchs greatfully.
"Now you don't get any carrots when I leave."
I get her brushes and tack and I groom her and tack her up quickly. We go to the ring and jump a bit. Then We come back to the barn I groom her and clean her tack while she eats. When I'm finished with the tack I go back into her stall and I say goodbye. She nudges my pocket again.
"You already had those carrots when I first got here don't you remember?"
She snorts and sniffs my other pocket. I smile reach in to my pocket she's sniffing and I pull out 4 chunks of an apple.
"Your to smart for you own good."
I feed the apple chunks to her and kiss her goodbye.

I also do some series work with flag races. I do them in 25 seconds. Pretty good. I need to be able to do it in 20 seconds or maybe even 15. I keep woring on it. My best time was 21 seconds in th hour of working. I cool candy off then put him away.

I do some series work with barrel racing. 14 seconds. I think Tara will go very well. I have got my aiming right for roping too. I just got to be able to rope one moving so I go get one of jade's calves from the pasture and I practice with it. after an hour I get the hang of it, so does tara. I cool her off then I bring her into the barn to untack and groom.

I get summer from her stall and I turn her out in her pasture because she has been cooped up for awhile. I sliped off her halter and watched her kick up her heels and buck and rear. I love watching horses run around and play. I clean out her stall and then come and get her again. I whistle for her and then slip her halter over her head when she comes to the gate. I clip her lead rope to it and take her back to her stall. I give her an extra long grooming and rub her with a rag so she shines.
I brush her tail until it flows like silk and then I get my camera and snap a few pictures of her. She looks at the noise and I snap a few more. Then I put her back in her stall - hating to knowing that the shine horse I just saw will soon have straw all threw her mane,tail,and fetlock.
I give her and apple and kiss her goodbye. Not wishing to stick around to see all of my hard work wasted there would be enough time for that tomorrow.

Today I visit all of my horses. I then groom and tack up razza I put him in racing tack first, I then race for 20 minutes,I then take him back to the barn and put jumping tack on him and practice jumping 4'6. We fly over the jumps and I hit him to go faster. I then cool him off by giving him cold water,and a sugar cube. I then change his tack again but this time I put barrel racing tack on him so I have to put my spurs on my boots and my helmet on also. I the go practice barrel racing my first score for the day was 18:1 seconds, we then re-try and I get a 15:9seconds. Then Jade comes over and says good job at barrel racing and all of the other sports you did today. Well good luck in shows she and I say at the same time. Well bye

I come into candy's stall carrying he's wetsren tack and brushes. I groom him,pick he's hooves and tack him up. I lead him into the arena and I mount and warm up. I then practice flag racing. I do it in 25 seconds. I keep trying and trying. I do get better. Half an hour later I look at my best time which is 20 seconds. I smile then I dismount and lead candy into the cow paddock where I herd 500 cows into a new paddock. It took me half an hour but that was pretty good. I then put them back into their normal paddock again which only takes me 25 mins. I smile then I shut the gate and I head back to the barn where I dismount and put candy in his stall. I untack him,groom him and pick his hooves. I then give him hay,water and pellets. I add some molasses today. I then put he's tack away and leave.

I have entered barrel racing and roping so I decide to groom and tack up tara to practice the events. I set 3 barrels out and I gallop tara around them. 15 seconds. I was happy. I do it some more and I get 14.48 I keep practicing. I didn't get any better then 14 seconds and 30 split seconds. I finish barrel racing and I do some roping. I get a fake cow and I rope it. I wasn't a very good aimer. i could only just get it without it moving. I didn't know how I was gonna win with roping it moving. I cool her out then untack her,groom her and give her food.

I decide to work on some western. I go into candy's stall with her gear. I groom her,pick her hooves and tack her up. I then mount her when we are out of the barn. I then go herd some cows. Some cows moved out but I got them together. I then walk candy. I see a calf that runs away and it mother chases it then other mothers go too. I gallop candy over to them and I get her infront of the calf and I head towards the cows and they go back to the herd. I open the gates and I herd them through it. I shut the gate and smile at candy. We then head back to the barn. When we get there I lead candy into her stall where I untack her,groom her and pick her hooves. I then give her hay,pellets and water. I then decide to give her half a handfull of oats. I then leave the barn after putting his tack away.

I walk into the stable a day after the horse show which I and many others placed well. I say to myself I still can't believe how good I did as well as the others. So I quickly go into Pikkles stall and pet her and give her a treat. I then leave the stall and walk over to sunrise's stall another horse my parents bought me a week before the show.I quickly give her food and water. I then go get the grooming supplies and tack. I then groom her and pick out her feet. I then saddle her up and then put her bridle on. I take her out of the stall. I quickly get a helmet and some spurs I got with Sunrise.I then see arena which no one was using. I call for Susie (my trainer) and say can you time me and also can you set out some barrels? She says sure just hold on a minute, I wait while she goes and gets the stopwatch after she does that she then goes and sets out the barrels. I then warm her up by walking her through the barrels,and then trotting her through them 5 times. Then susie asks are you ready? I say sure. So when she said go I spurred Sunrise as hard as I could so she would gallop really fast through the barrels on my way back I just reach the finish line and then I slow her down and susie says:15:1 Kammy. Thats good really good. I say thanks. All of my friends rush over and ask if I am gonna enter in some shows. I said you bet. I then dismount. I then go into the barn, I untack her and groom her. I then give her a quick bath and I give her a apple. I then kiss her cheek and say good bye.

I lead candy into the dressage ring all tacked up. I mount him and warm him up. I then practice a dressage course I created myself. He eventually got it right but I will still practice it later. I finished up and dismounted. The corridor was full of horses so I had to go the long way to candy's stall. I finally got there and I untacked him,groomed him and picked his hooves. I then give him hay,water and pellets. I wash and oil he's tack and I put it away. I then leave the barn.

Today was such a nice sunny day at the stables I go riding at I decide to ride Pikkles my brand new horse my parents just bought for my birthday. I also got tack and everything. I look at the 3 arena's dressage,show jumping,and cross country. I see that the dressage and show jumping arena are full, but the cross country arena doesn't have anyone in it so I decide to do some cross country on pikkles. I then walk in the barn and go straight to the tack room. I grab his grooming supplies and his tack. I then go to his stall,pet him for awhile and then give him an apple. I then brush him,pick out his hooves and quickly braid his tail. I then take off his halter and put his saddle and bridle on.I then put his grooming supplies away and grab a riding whip and a helmet. I then take him outside mount and then walk to the cross country arena. I walk him around the arena 3 times,then trot,then canter 3 times also. I then practice the jumps. We are flying right over them. I then decide after 2 hours of riding,to quit for the day. I then walk him and pet him. I then walk out of the arena on Pikkle's. I then dismount and take him back to his stall. I then remove his saddle and bridle. I put his halter back on,and I give him a treat. I then return the equiment and tack. I then give him a quick bath. I say good bye to Pikkle's. I then see my parents picking me up.. I then get in the car and say see you tomorrow Pikkle's quietly in my head.

I get summer from her stall and see she still has all of her ribbons in her mane. I quickly groom her and tack her up and we go for a trail ride. We get back at dusk and I untack her and feed her and kiss her goodbye.

I let myself into summer's stall and I give her a bit of a carrot and slip out to get her grooming stuff. She stand quitely while I give her a good long grooming. I rub her with a rag so she shines and I braid her mane. I put white ribbons in it and then put some glitter on the braids. I step back to admire my work and then go to the tack room and fish out a disposable camera I keep in the barn just in case. I snap a few pictures of her and then put the camera back. I notice it still has 12 pictures left.
I get a leather show halter with silver plates with swirles on them just for fun and bring summer out to the ring. We walk around and pretend like we were in a real show. I imagine I win the blue ribbon and I pin a blue flower on summers halter with a hair pin I pulled out of my own hair.
We take our victory lap around the ring and stop infront of the gait. Summer nudges me on my leg with her nose and I look down at my stained, faded barn jeans, and my old yellow shirt with a picture of a puppy on it. I smile at summer and say "You know I would never wear these rags to a real show, so stop worrying." She nickerd softly and pushed the gate open with her nose. I made her step back and then fallow me out of the gate. "Now now,"I scolded,"We arn't going to win any blue ribbons with manners like that."
I understood though that she was hungary and wanted to get back to her stall.
When we reached her stall I Took a wet rag and wiped all of the glitter out of her mane and gave her fresh hay and grain and water. I slipped some carrots and apple bits into her grain and kissed her goodbye.

I come into candy's stall. I groom him,pick his hooves and tack him up then I go for a nice long trail ride.
When I got back I untack him,groom him and pick his hooves again. I then turn him out with hay,water and pellets. I muck out his stall and wash and oil his gear. By then he was done eating I bring him in then I leave the barn.

I quickly groom summer and tack her up and I go to the ring. I check the girth and then mount. I warm her up and we Jump some low jumps. Then I try and teach her an advanced dressage move and she didn't get it at all. I take her back over the jumps and then cool her out and put her back in her stall. I feed her and give her fresh water and I kiss her goodbye.

I mount Candy.He is all tacked up westren.I go into the paddock and herd some cows.I get them into a new paddock within 15 mins.I smile at myself then I go herd the sheep which only takes 12 mins.I turn around and see a calf in the sheep paddock.I grab my rope and rope the calf.It squels and a cow looks up.I guess it is its mother.I then walk the calf over while still on candy.I put it in with its mother.I then canter candy up the hill.I do a bit of galloping around then I bring him into the barn.

I decide to jump him. I warm him up quickly, then get off and fix some jumps. I set them to 2 feet 3 inches. We do a couple of courses, then I put the jumps back and get back on. We go for a walk.

I run to Summer's stall and I quickly brush her and tack her up then we got to the ring and I work with her on jumping. Then I cool her out and untack her and give her fresh water and some hay then I put my tack away and I kiss her goodbye and I leave.

I come into his stall with his tack and brushes.I groom him,pick his hooves and tack candy up then I mount and warm him up in the indoor sand arena.I then do some jumping for half an hour.After jumping I go into the paddock and herd some cows and sheep.I then practice roping and barrel racing.I had been riding for 2 and a half hours all together so I decide to cool candy off.I then untack him in the wash stall and I bath him,dry him,groom him,pick his hooves and I turn him out with fresh hay and water.I then wash and oil his tack.I put it away and I get the shovel and wheel barrow and I clean out his stall.I then go and get some straw to put down.I put the wheel barrow and shovel away then I leave.

I hop on Spike and walk him around for a little while. Then we do some trot work and I work on sliding stops. Then after a while of doing those I ease him into a canter. Then we walk around for a while and I decide to do a little bit of barrel racing. I get off and move the barrels into the correct form, then I get back on and do some barrel racing. It is fun, but Spike isn't the best at it. After a while, I start to get bored, and I could tell Spike was bored too, so I moved the barrels back to where they were and then I take Spike on a long trail ride. I get back and hose him off, then graze him. Then I put him back into his stall.

I come into the tack room.I get jody's note and I smile then I write back thats excellent!Wanna go for a trail ride sometime?
I didn't have time before sorry.
I then put it on summer's saddle.I then get candy's tack and brushes.I enter his stall and I groom him,pick his hooves and tack him up then I bring him into the jumping arena.I work on stadium jumping for half an hour then dressage for another half hour.I then go out into the fields where I gallop through the cross country track first.I then walk him to the short distance race track.I get there and he stopped puffing.I then gallop candy around there 3 times then I go back into the outdoor ring.I practice some stunts.I ask the groom if she would lunge candy around while I practice my stunts.She accepted and came in with the lunge rope.I then practiced some stunts.Candy started cantering around and I went down and whipped my hand on the ground and came up then I vaulted off and back on.I then hold onto his mane and I lean on his neak and I lift my leg behind me then I sit back down.I turn right around then I smile.I ask jen to get to make candy halt.I then dismount.I ask jen could she put candy away with grain,hay and water.She says okay because she has nothing else to do.I smile and thank her.I give candy a final pat.I then leave!

I groom and tack up summer and then head to the trails. We go for an extra long ride and get back after dark. I untack her and groom her lightly I give her grain, hay and fresh water. I clean and put her tack away and I kiss her goodbye.

I give each of my horses a good long grooming then take them out to ride.
Echo: I do some high jumps in stadium and cross-country, but he got bored of that so I took him for a nice long gallop on the trails to work the kinks out of him. Once he started to seem tired, I slowed to a canter and we cantered for a long time. Then I turned him aroung and starting trotting toward the barn so he would be cooled out by the time we got back there. When the barn came into sight I slowed him to a walk for the rest of the way (about 15 minutes). Then I let him go into the paddock. I'll groom him after I ride my other horses.
Mossy: I take him over high stadium jumps and cross-country jumps then I bring him into the arena and have him do some barrels. Even though he's not racing, he went fast. Really fast. Then I take him for a canter on the trails and gallop slowly for about 5 minutes until I get him to breeze. He breezes for about 5 minutes then I get him to slow down the gallop. We do that for a few minutes. I turn him around and start heading to the barn at a slow canter, wich becomes a trot after a couple of minutes. When the barn came into sight, I walked him the last 15 minutes to ake sure he was completely cooled out then I put him in the paddock while I rode my other horses.
Lily: I do some cross country and high stadium jumping then start roping a fox I see nearby. She does extremely well.
I enter the arena and practice some tight serpentines and 5 to 50 meter circles. Then I do them at a trot, a canter. Then I go out into the field and since she was doing so well, I tried a giant sepentine at a very slow gallop. It was perfect!!! Then I do a huge circle at a faster gallop. Then, I trick her a bit. I start her off on the circle at a slow gallop, and keep making the circle bigger. The bigger I made the circle, the faster she galloped. then I went right off the circle toward the trails. I was ajusting my position over her withers, and she just leaped out!! Racehorse fast!! I took her a short ways in, only for a 30 seconds then slowed her right down and turned her around. I cantered out from the trails and went to the lanes. They were very long and flat, about 9 furlongs. I lined her up at the very beggining and then, at the last second, I gave her a hard sqeeze with my legs. I had done this before, so I was holding her mane as well as I ould. She started to breeze right away. I kneaded my hand up along her mane and she went flying through the 9 furlongs. I slowed her to a canter for a little ways after the furlongs, turned her around, and started trotting back. Then I walked her for about half an hour to make sure she was completely cooled out. Then I put her in the paddock with Echo and Mossy while I rode Swift Wind.
Swift Wind: I do some high jumping, stadium and cross country then do tons of dressage. I do sepentines, circles, and work on both of our equitation at all speeds. He does perfect, then seems to get bored so I took him for a long breeze the same way I did with Lily, but I start himat a slow gallop and make him sprint the other 8 furlongs, I sat the same way, clutching his mane and positioning myself perfectly over his wide withers. He goes awfully fast. I slow him to a canter after the 9 furlongs, turn him, and get him to trot half of the way back before I mak him walk for 20 minutes back to the barn.
When I got back I took Swift Wind right inside and groomed him quikly in the crossties and then gave him a long sponge bath. Then I asked Len (the groom) to walk him until he was dry then to groom him until I was finished cleaning out his stall and putting in new shavings and 4 flakes of hay and 2 servings of oats, plus a carrot on top. I went back and got him from Len, and put him back in his stall. I went out and got Echo, groomed him quikly and bathed him, Len walked and groomed him whil I got his stall ready the same way.
Then it was Mossy's turn. And finally Lily. I checked on them all again, making sure everything was just right. It was. So I went to the tack room and did a very good job of cleaning their bridles, saddles, leand lines and halters. My ride was only here in an hour, so I decided to clean my boots while I was at it, then asked Len if he needed help with the other horses. So I cleaned out two more stalls and shines two saddles and bridles, two halters and lead lines, then I got all the dirt off the shower rack floor. By then my ride should be there in about 15 minutes, so I used Dianne's shower and got dressed in cleaned barn clothes. Then I put my horses' dirty blankets in the washer, and asked Len to hang them up when they were done. I put clean blankets on my horses, gave them each a quarter of and apple and a kiss on the nose, then I had to leave.

I go to summers stall and check on her. Then I goto the tack room and see a saddle by the rest of my tack and a note from Jade. I read the note:
dear jody.I got this saddle in the parcel today for you.If you didn't want the stock saddle I still have the docket at my house so you can exchange it.It might not fit summer too.from jade.
I take the saddle off the hook and I grab a brush from my bucket. I go to summers stall and I brush summer quickly where the saddle would go and I put a pad on and Then I gently set the saddle on her back. I tighten the girth and then check the saddle to see if it fits. It fits perfect! I smile at how well it looks on summer. Then I loosen the girth and go back to the tack room and I write Jade a note:
Jade -
thanks for the saddle! it fits summer perfect!! And it's so beautiful! Thanks again!

I put the note on her tack and I get summer's bridle and go back to her stall. I slip her bridle on and take her for a trail ride when I get back I slip off her tack and feed her and give her fresh water. I clean her tack and put them back and I go get the note from Jade's stuff and I write on it : P.s. The saddle is wonderful to ride in! Thanks so much!!
I put the note back and I kiss summer goodbye and I leave.

I groom tara and picks her hooves.I tack her up then bring her into the jumping arena.I practice oxers,stair cases and crossrails.an hour later I finished jumping and I brang tara onto the short distance race track and I gallop her through it.I do it a couple of times then I dismount and lead her into the dressage ring where I practise dressage middle class.half an hour later I bring tara into the wash stall.I untack her,pick her hooves and bath her then I dry her.I groom her in her own stall then I give her hay,pellets and water.I wash and oil her tack then I leave.

I come into candy's stall carrying his things.I groom him,tack him up and pick his hooves.I mount when we get into the arena.I practice some jumping then I go into the halter field and I do some halter.I cool him out an our later then I put him in his paddock untacked,groomed and eating.I wash and oil his gear then I muck out his stall.By then candy was done so I put him in his stall with a apple and water then I leave.

today I got a black stock saddle in the parcel.I knew it was jody's.I arrive at the barn and put it on her hook.The saddle was all new.I adored the shiny stirrups.I then wrote a note.dear jody.I got this saddle in the parcel today for you.If you didn't want the stock saddle I still have the docket at my house so you can exchange it.It might not fit summer too.then I write from jade.I then grab Candy's gear and I head to his stall.I groom him,pick his hooves and tack him up.I then work with some jumping.

I walk down the aisle to summers stall and I open the door. I go say hello and then go to the tackroom. I get her brushes and her bridle. I go back to her stall and I groom her and pick her hooves. Then I slip her bridle on and I bring her out. The police haven't given me back my saddle yet, I don't know if they have even found it yet so I'm going to be riding bareback today. I lead summer out to the ring and I climb up the fence a bit and move her closer to the fence. I put my leg over her and settle on to her back. Then we go for a trail ride. She still needs exercise but I didn't feel like working her in the ring without her saddle.
When we get back from the trails I slid off her back and take her back to her stall. I take off her bridle and give her hay,grain and water. Then I kiss her goodbye and I leave.

I go into the tack room.I get jody's letter then I grin and put it down.I look around and see that jody was right.I grab candy's tack and I head to her stall.she was totally normal.I smile and pat her then I start grooming her.I pikc her hooves and tack her up.I then walk her outside where I mount.I see tire marks.Jody must of drove.or maybe the theif I think.I follow the tracks until I come to the road.I see some skid marks then I grin and follow them.it cuts off so I just keep walking candy down the rode.then the road splits left and right.I see the skid marks turn right.It could be someone elses but I guess it could of been the theif.I turn left and theen it turns left.I turn then it goes down further.One cuts off to the highway and the other cuts off into a dead end street.I laugh and see the skids marks so I turn into the street.I go down then I see the skid marks turn in a drive way.I give jody a ring on my mobile and tell her all about it then I dismount and knock on the door after hanging up from jody.I ask the man if he has seen anyone come out of their car and into their house carrying a saddle.he says no then he's daughter answers the door.Just then I hear police sirens then the police turn into the street and up to this house.Shenay had some secret cameras in the tack room.The police take the daughter and dad to the station and work it out.I get back to the barn and I untack and groom candy then I give him fresh hay and water.I catch a bus to jody's house and tell her about it then I walk the rest of the way home.

I walk into the barn and strait to summers stall. I see her dozing in the corner and I let myself in, I see the empty bucket where the grain had been the night before. I call summers name and she wakes up, she snorts and stomps her foot.I guess she still wanted to nap. I pat her neck and tell her to rise and shine. I grab the empty bucket and set it outside the stall.Summer watches me and stomps her foot impatintly. I give her a questionable look and then decide she's probably just ready to go for a ride, she's been in her stall a bit longer than usual since I'm kind of late today. I step out of the stall and shut the door. I pick up the bucket and go to the tack room. I get to the tack room door which is shut.I push it open and step inside. I start walking over to my saddle when I realize my saddle's gone! I turn in a circle checking the other saddles in the room.
"Surely it's here," I say. Maybe someone just moved it to another spot. But the rest of my tack was where my saddle would have been. My saddle pad was still there. I look at the other saddles again. Nope none of them are mine.Maybe somebody just wanted to use it. My eyes flashed with anger, they should have atleast asked first! Still holding the bucket I run from the tackroom back into the barn. I run down the aisle seeing if any of the horses were missing. I got to the end and I ran back checking again. All of the horses were in their Stalls so nobody was riding them. I check over each horses stall to see if somebody had left my saddle in there. I didn't find it. I ran outside and checked around the barn wasn't there. Then I saw tire tracks. That's odd I thought.I always walk to the barn and Jade took the bus & I think the other girls walked or took the bus too. Come to think of it I've never seen a car at the barn. I fallow the tracks to the end of the drive and then I see the dirt marks on the pavement turn towards town. I gasp and let the bucket fall to the ground, SOMEBODY STOLE MY SADDLE!!!!
I stood there for a moment stunned. Then my shock turned to anger, Who would steal my saddle!?!? I picked up the bucket and ran back to where I first saw the tire marks. Then I follow them until I saw where the theif and turned around. I looked at the ground again and saw hoof prints and the bottom of riding boots, then I saw tennis shoe marks. I got on my knees and looked close at them, it was a popular brand of shoe, it looked like a womens shoe because it was smaller. I tried to think of which store in town I saw was selling them and I heard summer stomp her hoof again. Then a thought crossed my mind .... why MY saddle. There are ton's of others, but mine and mine only. I jumped to my feet and ran to summers stall.When I got there I opened the door half-way and then stoped. I shut it again and staring me right in the face was her name plate on the door. I latched it shut again and went to the tack room, above where her saddle use to be was her name summer. I finally drop off the empty bucket and I grab summers halter and lead rope. She seems to have quieted down so I bringher out of her stall. I check her over running my hands down her legs, over her back, alonge her sides, over her rump,chest and neck. She seems to be ok so I take her out to her paddock and let her exercise herself today.
I clean out her stall and go back to the tackroom many times. I bring summer back in and I groom her and pick her hooves. I give her hay and water and I go to the tackroom to get a bucket for grain. I go to the feed bins and I open up her grain bin, as I start to scoup the grain in her bucket I see some oats on the floor. I set the bucket aside and I get the broom and dust-pan and I sweep it up and throw it away. I put the broom back and go back to scouping the grain. I see an oat on the rim of the bucket and I flick it inside. Then I remember that the grain I feed summer doesn't have any oats in it. I pick the oat out and throw it away. I wonder how it got in there and then took the bucket to summer. I decide I'm going to need help with this and I leave a note on Jade's saddle it reads:
Jade -
You'll never belive this but somebody stole my saddle!! I think they knew they way around the barn pretty well, I have no idea who it could be but I'm thinking of staying in the barn for a few nights.Doesn't the crook always return to the scene of the crime??What do you think? Would you like to stake-out the place with me?

I decide to go home tonight to get everything ready, but will stay the next night at the barn. I check on summer again and kiss her goodbye.

I walk into the barn and I hear neighing and snorting.I follow the noise.It was summer.I see her prancing around in her stall.I go into the tack room and get her halter and lead.I return to her stall and I turn her out in her paddock.I put her lead rope away.I go get my tack and brushes.I see jody's saddle missing.Weird I think.I go to Candy's stall and I groom him,tack him up and pikc his hooves.I then mount and I head out on a trail ride.
When I get back it was 4:15. pm.I untack candy,groom him and give him fresh hay and water.I put his tack away and jody's tack is still missing.I bring Summer back in a flake of hay and water then I leave.

I creep into the barn after jody had lefted.I creep to the feed bins and I get to handful of oats.I then walk over to the nearest horse.I read its tag.*Summer*.I see the horse eating grain.The horse comes near me and neighs.I give the horse oats then I give out a little giggle.I go into the tack room and I look for the saddle that has summer written on it or above it.I find it and grab it then I creep out.I put my stuff in my car then I drive back into town.

I call summers name and she pokes her head out from her stall. I slip her halter on and open the door she takes a step out and I catch her and back her back into her stall.
I realize I don't have any of her brushes or tack so I shut the door again and summer looks at me like "What are you doing?" I smile and go get her brushes. I get back and let myself into her stall. I've had a stressful day and decide a long trail ride would be just what I need. I tack her up grab my saddle bag and put some munchies and a bottle of water in it. I take her outside check the cinch one more time and then mount and we head for the trail.We walk most of the way and then I see a fallen tree. It wasn't very high and I was sure summer could make it over. So I trotted her up to it and checked the other side of the log. I dismounted and made sure there wern't any covered up holes or anything. I remount and take off my saddle bags. I hang them in a tree so I won't have to get off again to get them. I trot summer back about 15 ft from the log and I trot her then canter her, I count the paces and then signal for her to jump. I feel her collect her muscles and then I feel us leave the ground and the only way I knew we landed was the rythm of her hooves as we are heading away from the log. I slow her down and turn her around and we trot back to the log. I get my saddle bag from the tree and when I reach for it I glanced at my watch. It was getting late. I replaced my bags and then steer summer around the log.
I see the sunsetting and I urg summer into a trot. After awhile I slow her to a walk and I grab my water for my bag and take a drink. Then I grab a candy bar and eat half of it. I put the other half back in my bag and I shut the lid on my water and put it back too. I see the top of the barn and relax a bit. When we reach the barn I untack summer groom her lightly, I check her legs and hooves. And I put her in her stall with a bucket of grain. I unpack my saddle bags and put the rest of my tack away. Then I check on summer again and kiss her goodbye.

We do some jump work for half an hour then I take her in the fields where we gallop around.After galloping around I cool her off with some halter!

I grab Summers tack and brushes and go to her stall I dump everything outside it and let myself in. I quickly slip her halter on and reach over to get my brushes. I quickly groom her and tack her up. Then I lead her outside and mount. We go the ring and I warm her up and we go over a few jumps. Then I let us out and we go for a short trail ride. We get back and I untack her and groom her lightly. Then I put her back and kiss her goodbye.

I groom candy and tack him up then we practice jumping.at 3:00 I bring her out on the trails.we gallop and canter through the fields before reaching the fields.I canter her over the 3ft white paddock fence.I bring her to a walk then I walk her along the flat track.I see a log ahead so I trot Candy and we jump it.I nudge him into a canter then we turn off.we turn off onto a different trail then I see Shenay coming past on tara.I wave but keep cantering.I stop when I reach a river.I walk him through it.We get across then I keep walking him to the end of the trail.I see a hill and walk him up it then I reach the top where I turn around.I look down and I see rocks.It was a cliff.I don't dare to look down again.I get away from the edge of the cliff.I turn the corner and bump into shenay again.she then walks with me.I get down the hill then we trot and canter our horses then we see another hill.we go up it and we see all grass and trees right around it.I look up and see that the sun was getting ready to move.It wasn't dark yet.I asked shenay the time.she said it was 4:30.at 5:00 it would be dark.I smile then I gallop Candy around with tara.15 mins later the sun was going down.there was a orange,yellow pink,red sort of sky which gave bridge light.we went down the oppisite side of the hill.we then gallop our horses right round the hill.I then see the paddocks.I begin to canter Candy towards it.I then reach it.I walk and trot through the fields because our horses were pretty tired.when we got back it was dark.I untack candy in his stall.I groom him and pick his hooves then I leave him in his stall with fresh hay and water.I put his tack away then I walk outside we shenay.It was dark and we were scared.I grabbed shenay's hands.we heard a bus.then we heard the bushes move so we bolted towards the bus.we paid our fair and we got home.

I let myself in to summers stall and I groom her and pick her hooves, then I come back with her tack and tack her up in her stall. I mount and she starts moving toward the empty feild on her own. I make her halt and then we go to the ring. I set up some small Jumps and take her over them. We jump some more and after awhile I cool her out and we head back to the barn.

I get summer groomed and tacked up and then we head out for a trail ride. We ride for and hour before I turn around. We get back to the barn at dusk. I untack her and give her a light grooming, then I check her water and kiss her goodbye.

We practice some jumps and cross country high jumps. Then I find a few wild horses and decided that was the best time to practice herding. So we practiced that, too. Then I brought him out for a long gallop on the trails because he was acting up. Then we walked the rest of the way back to cool him out. I walked him more up and down the aisles of the cool barn until he was sure to be dry. I took a curry comb and made sure there was no dried mud then headed for the shower stall. I gave him a nice long sponge bath the walked around till he dried. I got a groom to keep walking him because he was still wet from the bath and I went to clean his stall. I put in some hay, and some water. He probably wouldn't drink it because the groom gave him a long drink outside, but he might still be thirsty. I got him and put him back in his stall, thanked the groom and went to the tack room to clean his saddle and bridle and washed his girth. Then I gave him my apple core and a carrot, gave him a pat and left.

I bring candy into the fields all tacked up.I then I practice on the cross country course.He is real fast.It was heaps of fun.after an hour I cool candy off and head back to the barn.

I say hi to candy as I open her stall door holding her gear.I put her saddle and bridle down then I grab the dandy brush and I brush candy.I finish grooming and I pick her hooves then I tack her up and I mount then I go into the arena and I do some high jumping for an hour then I finish up.I lead her into her stall then I untack her,groom her and turn her out with fresh hay and water then I muck out her stall.I put down fresh straw then I oil her gear and clean her bit and stirrups then I put them away and I leave.

I groom summer and tack her up and we head out of the barn.
I take her to the empty feild where we practiced before and I warmed her up.
I cantered her up to the end of the field and back and then we went over some more basic stuff.Next we went for a short trail ride and then back to the barn.

I get on Spike and warm him up in the ring. After we cantered, I make up a course and jump it. It was outside line, diagnol line, (change lead) all around the outside. Then I made up a different one. It was single, outside line, diagnol line (change lead), and outside line. Then I go for a trail ride. He was good.

I take summer out of her stall and brush her tail and trim it. Then I pull her mane. I brush her body and pick her hooves. Then I tack her up and go to on of the empty fields.
I practice basic stuff like.Halting,from trotting to walking, cantering to trotting etc. Then I dismount and walked under her neck and then I crawled under her belly. She flinched a little when I went under her belly but stayed still. I smiled and patted her neck then remounted and went back to the barn.I untacked her and gave her fresh water,then I dropped a kiss on her nose and I left.

I let my self into Candy's stall.I am carrying her grooming it and tack.I put the tack down then I start grooming her.I take out the soft dandy brush and I start at her neak.I then go to her shoulders and down her first leg then I brush her back and rump.I do under her belly then her back leg.I go to the other side and to the same again then I get the comb and I brush my mane then I brush her tail.Once it had no nots in it I got the hoof pick out of the grooming bag and I pick all her 4 hooves.Her to front hooves have shoes on them.I pck her grooming kit up then I get the saddle pad and I place it on her back.I then pick up the saddle and lift it on her back.I straighten it up then I check the other side.I do the girth up so it would slide when I ride then I pat her blaze.I pick up the bridle and I put the bit under her mouth and she opens and takes it.I then pull the leather bits up to her ears.I put her eyes forward and I put them through the strap.I then do the troat lash up.I pat her neak then I click my helmet on.I leave the grooming stuff in her stall then I lead her into the arena.I put my foot in the stirrup and grab the saddle and reins then I spring myself up into the saddle.I pat Candy then I turn her to the right and she takes a few steps walking then I give her a nudge with my foot and she begins trotting.we go around the ring a couple of times then I set a jumping course.I do the course a couple of times.I keep working on oxers and stair cases.40 mins later I bring Candy to a halt and I walk her out of the arena.I take her into the outdoor ring and I do some halter for 20 mins then I bring her into her stall where I untack,groom,pick hooves and give hay and water to candy.I kiss her then put her stuff away.I then leave.

He was sort of fresh yesterday so I take out my lunging equipment and tack him up and put the lunging halter on and grab my ship and lunge line. I bring him into the round pen and work him around. He lets out a few bucks and I make him canter. I keep him cantering for 3 times around. Then we change directions and I do the smae thing. I get on him and work him around the round pen. I make him gallop a little inbetween canters, then bring him back to a walk. Since he only bucked once, I gave him a carrot and went for a walk around the farm.

I lead Candy into the jumping arena all tacked up.I then set up some walk and red cross rails 3ft high.I mount Candy and I trot and canter him over them.I set a course and do it then I make the jumps 4 ft.I remount and go over them.half an hour later I finish jumping.I go into the field and I do a course of cross country galloping.

I tack him up then bring him out into the ring. I trot him around and then I decide to bring out some rails. I get off and bring out some orange and red ones and some plain red ones. I set then up all around the ring, then get back on and trot over them. I walk for a bit, then spur him into a canter. I work him over some rails, then I walk him out and bring him up into the fields to cool down.

I get Candy ready for a ride then I mount him and take him over some jumps then I go herd some horses into a new paddock.I come back 2 hours later and I untack candy,bath him,pick his hooves then turn him out with fresh hay and water.
