Stupid work, keeping me from speculating/posting about Buffy.

So why does Xander go to get vamped? What is the trigger?
Does it have to do with Buffy possibly losing her soul or control of her powers or the need for a vampire to help in defeating the BB? What has the BB been doing with Spike ;)?
