Author: Lacey
Subject: She glanced over to Eliza and nodded in understanding- she could never bring her family here either... they would feel so out of place and uncomfortable. "My brothers are pretty baffled by the idea of me wanting to be a vet... being able to be a vet even." She smiled a touch and shook her head slightly "I've been looking into these scholarship options... they look really good... Maybe college in the fall is an option." She would be a young entry but it didn't bother her in the least- she was mature and hard working- she didn;t think she would be in over her depth.
In reply to: Lacey 's message, "

  • "Well they're underestimating your determination." She laughed a little bit and shook her head. While Lacey could now be handed pretty much anything she wanted, she preferred to work hard and that was a quality that Eliza truly appreciated in her. "I think if your scores are good enough and they let you in, you'll make tuition happen." Not to mention that she'd gladly volunteer the remainder of what she didn't earn through scholarships.
