Subject: He supposed that the best way to keep from getting his ass kicked by a hostile brother was to try and time his visits to be when they weren't there, and so far he had been pretty lucky. He'd cleared the coast with the nurses at the nursing station this time, making sure she was alone - they all knew him by name now, and he was regularly bringing in boxes of muffins for them - they were doing a great job with Lacey and soon she'd be able to get out. He poked his head in the door of her room, carrying yet another of her favorite foods with him, and a magazine - ever out to please her, and spoke to her. "Hey you.."

  • She was bored out of her mind in here, and no one like being stuck in hospitals- but she never complained or grouched about it. She grinned a little as she saw him in the doorway, arching a brow to him softly "Hey " She had been thankful that there hadn;t been a time since that once that both Ryan and her brothers had been here, she'd woken up and noticed the tension immediately- it was so think she could have cut through it. "How are you?" She questioned softly, resting her head back in her propped up bed, looking pretty reasonable today- her hair tamed and braided , sitting upright for the first time.
