  • He took a tentative taste of the milk and then handed it on to her - fine of course. Tipping his head a bit, he looked down at her and shook his head - there were so many more things more difficult and dangerous he'd do for her than taste sour milk, and he wished she knew it or at least would acknowledge it and they could be together, like they were meant to be. "Of course I'd taste sour milk for you, silly. What kind of a friend would I be if I didn't? You wouldn't want to be hurt and throwing up, and if you were, I would feel wholly responsible."
