Subject: Her gaze flickered over his, grinning softly as she took the carton of milk. It was strange to hear him refer to himself as a 'friend' and it kind of hurt more than the broken collarbone- but she didn;t let it show. She still loved him, her feelings for him hadn;t changed, and she wasn't doing a good job of proving that she could be a whole person without him...because what if she couldn't? What if he really was her soul mate, a part of her- what if they were supposed to be together? "Yeah that wouldn't be good at all..." She watched him a moment longer before smiling again and patting the side of her bed to get him to sit. "So.... are you seeing anyone?" She asked curiously, not quite able to meet his gaze. It had been three months afterall.

  • He settled himself on the edge of the bed when she invited him - when he had been out of conciousness, he had sat there often, but he didn't want to be too in her face at this point in time. "No..." He hadn't had any interest in finding someone else to date, not really - he was pretty firm in the belief that they were meant to be together and he just had absolutely no interest in anyone else.
