Your author makes a big deal out of the fact that Palestine was not an official state at the time but a region. So what? Does that give you the right to take the land from the people that live in that region?

The truth is that when those territories belonged to Egypt and Jordan, nobody even mentioned about "occupation" and "Palestinian state".

Does the fact that 6 Arab countries (in my opinion rightfully, just read my link) declared war to Israel gives you the right to take land from others? Well, I don't think so.

But I do. They declared war, they lost it and those lands were annexed.

Because of the culture and language gap, the Palestinians have much more difficulties to convince me.

For me Palestinian charter and Arafat's speeches are convincing enough.
