I just found your item on the Osburn family. I am looking for the Osburn family. My father was also a Eugene Osburn with parents that came from your area. His father was William R. Osburn born in 1866 his parents were Robert Lee OsburnSR. and Emily Ann Belcher. My fathers parents william and Cordelia or Delai moved to Oregon sometime before my dad was born in 1910. They settled in Oregon City, Oregon which is aboat 105 miles north of Eugene Oregon... I look forward in hearing from you
