1. totally. we should not be like "hi, speak for free, but you only have 3.5 minutes." i say tell them 20 minutes, but however long they wanna actually do it, it's up to them. anything will be appreciated.
2. i think it should be open too, but not the point where they're talking about their favourite hotdog stand.
3. earlier we talked about how they should go on before faith and the muse, who is going on before the raffle, which is going on before joe 90, who's the last to perform. ummm.. so yeah, like 8:45 - 9:00 PM = guest speaker? i'd tell the guest speaker 8:30 PM. but they should be there the whole time!

5. yup! we should accomodate the guest speaker, not vice versa. as long as they speak about RAPE.
