these are my suggestions: let me know before i call the answers you guys were thinking of.

1. i dont think we can give them LESS than 15 minutes. i think it's rude, and i dont think a person can get a point across, not a point like this, in less. i think we should tell them 20 minutes and be prepared for a runover of about ten minutes. first and foremost, we have to ask them what they NORMALLY work under. ive seen people in my health class come up and speak for a week, an hour a day, so you know. we've got to find out them and really, work around them. thats my opinion.

2. should the topic be open? i think it should be. i mean, be about their center;s involvement with rainn, but as far as what they say about their involvement, whether it be their personal crisis or one theyve handled, either way, i think we should leave that up to them.

3. what time should they go? halfway through?

4. what time will they have to be there, the whole night?

5. should/can they bring info to pass out, can they set up their own booth to answer questions if theyd like, can they bring an extra person to help with the maintenance of the booth? i say yes to all of these. im talking about a single table on the right side of the room.

um, anything else i should be prepared to answer?
