I was with the 511th Engr Co. (PB) from Dec '70 to Sep '71. I was a crane operator. I spent a lot of time supportind D Co. 39th Engr Bn. they were detached from their Bn. the 511th mostly operated as dump truck company. hauling all up and down QL1. I spent much time on bridge projects and just general crane operations. Our Co, clerk was Roger McBride. He is living in Ia. We stay in touch. I remember guys named Jr. mills, San-julian, Taylor but not many more. Mightnremember if I heard them.
