Subject: 也谈所谓民主国家之间100多年没有战事
网上有一种谬论，说是世界上民主国家彼此之间100多年没有战事，因此只要大家都搞民主，世界和平就实现了。
其实这只是一时的现象，不是历史规律。
民主国家100多年间之所以没有兵戎相向，最主要的原因是几次大战之时，民主国家寥寥无几。现在情况不同了，民主制国家越来越多，彼此发生战争的几率自然大为增多。
更重要的是，矛盾和冲突，似乎有个规律：象剥笋子一样，总是从最外面开始，层层深入。抗日战争之时，国共是合作的关系；日本人跑了，就开始打国民党，其时共产党本身是团结的；国民党跑了，又开始自已搞自己。笋子就是这样一层层剥下来的。
当年苏联强大之时，美欧是空前团结的。今天苏联崩解了，美欧开始出现裂纹，矛盾逐步激化。现在俄罗斯也是民主国家了，谁敢保证它和美国一定不会开战？
它们之间彼此不也是相互提防，不照样有军备竞赛？
