昨日偷窥最新的《内参》，有篇文章触目惊心“关于加强我国信息安全的若干通知”此文大体说的是为了应对网络上日益蔓延的反动潮流和反党情绪及防止资产阶级的精神腐蚀，国家安全部和信息产业部联合成立了“互联网安全小组”（崭命名）。此小组的任务就是密切监视网上的各种动态尤其是思想的传播。它直接对国安部高层负责，权力极大，“必要时可不经地方有关部门或国家有关机构直接行使有关权力”。同志们，要小心了，这个“有关权力”的解释权在他们手里意味着什么啊！在下建议，值此非常时期，大家要加强自己的隐蔽，毕竟只有保全自己，才能消灭敌人。
