Nice piece, Wayne! Our indoor cat actually chatters her lower jaw while watching the birds outside. Oh, to read the thought balloon over her head! I liked a Far Side cartoon depicting an indoor cat frantically watching two trucks collide and burst open: One had a label "Frank's Small Flightless Birds" and the other had something like "Ernie's Rodents". Those critters were running all over the cat's lawn, just out of reach!
