Subject: "Hey..." He breathed the greeting softly and shoved his hands into the pockets of his jacket as he slowed to just stand a short distance from the other guy. "How's it going?" It occurred to him then that he wasn't sure what to say to Joey, or even if he should be talking to him. The truth was, he just hadn't been able to resist saying hi when he saw him. Try as he might, he couldn't totally forget his little Lysia, with her bold but coy and sometimes sweets ways. Every day that passed, he just continued to think of her from time to time.

He just didn't know what he would do if she got really sick. The young man looked a little defeated though he tried to keep his chin up. "Things have been better." He stated, though the sound of Lysia's coughing really spoke for itself. He didn't know what to do to help her. (NT) -- Joey, Sat, Oct 08 2005, 2:05am PDT
