She hadn't had the stretch marks she had now from carrying his child, nor did she have the faintest hint of fine lines around her eyes from the long hours of worrying over him and the surgeries and his work...she just looked more her age now, not that she looked old in the least - she was still hot there was no denying that, but in her eyes, when she looked in the mirror - she no longer looked like the girl he fell in love with.
