Subject: He looked up, glancing over and spotting them, nudging Jason to get him to move down the bar with him. He dropped down next to Nina, placing a kiss to her cheek. It was good to see her out and about. "Hey baby girl..." He murmured, before he looked over to Jackie and Rio, cocking a brow. He wouldn't say this was the best place for Jackie to be. She nodded a little, sinking back against his chest, a little upset with herself to willingly running back into the shelter of her embrace, she was never going to be able to do anything on her own if she kept making him carry her. She ran her hand over his strong arm, smiling lightly as she tried to reassure him.

She was in a good mood today- though she wasn't sure why- she had never bothered with her birthdays in the past though maybe Joey had something to do with it. She actually had someone to celebrate with this year. He glanced down to Jackie, letting his lips brush across her neck as he paid for the girls drinks. The young black man had grown into himself over the last few months- especially with working in construction- his muscles had doubled in size and he looked around twenty three- not seventeen going on eighteen.
