"Hey baby girl" Her ID had flashed on his screen - even just the sight of it made him smile "Where are you?" She did a lot of that- making him smile... it was something that very few managed to accomplish but she seemed to do with great ease

It was definitely winter - she couldn't wait until it snowed. "What're you up to?" Her tone was affectionate and she was obviously calling just to check in - she much preferred to be with him more often than not, and he was on his mind all the time, and so the result was an astronomical phone bill.
