Subject: He just smiled a little at her as he settled onto the edge of a stool and pulled her to him. "Sometimes monotony is better than too much drama..." He pointed out with a wink, his fingers sliding slowly up and down her back - just trailing lightly. But too much monotony wasn't really great either - it wouldn't be that much fun if every day was always exactly the same. His hand paused at the base of her neck and just squeezed there gently, his head ducked a little so that they could converse easily over the music - which wasn't too loud thanks to the low-key atmosphere of the bar - and other conversations going on around them. "Yeah, sure... Of course. Your place is closer, but it doesn't really matter."

She knew he was grieving over Lysia still and she didn't want to push him into something he wasn't ready for.. (NT) -- Cam, Mon, Feb 06 2006, 12:54am PST
