"You have an image?" She questioned, teasingly confused. "..and I won't kick your ass...long as your good enough to beat me." She grinned a touch, her fingers running over the fabric of his tee shirt absently. She'd been with a guy or two in the weeks that he had been gone but it just wasn't the same...as much as she hated to admit it...not many people measured up to him in her book.

  • He grumbled playfully - an adjective that hadn't existed in his life for a long time until she had come along - and nipped sharply at her neck, then met her eyes once more, a brow slightly cocked. "You're one of those painfully competitive people, aren't you?" He was typically far too passive to get competitive about games or sports. Sure, he lifted weights, and boxed a little, and was in great shape, he wasn't much for football, or soccer, or basketball or anything like that. Just didn't have the heart for it.
