  • It was hardly like that - she hadn't even thought about being with anyone after he was gone, even though she had been mad, and he had been the one that left- but she didn't even bother to explain. She just brushed a short strand of hair from her eyes and tugged a touch at the hem of her shirt. "I'm great, thanks for asking. And yourself? Yeah, I missed you too." Her tone held a slight edge, but she was past being mad at him for going away - more just hurt now at his lack of excitement to see her again, especially considering her own involuntary butterflies and shaking hands.
