Subject: You will never please eveyone..

Ya'll are on the right track with rules. Maybe should say no "Back Halfs" Chassis cars only! LOL. If you can find a way to include the small blocks it will greatly improve your chances of good car counts. Texas Pro Gas got out of control from the start with rules allowing high dolar pieces. There are more old chassis cars around than one might think and they need a place to run. Reference Econo modified IHRA rules for some ideas on getting even combos with regard to cubic inches and weight - this is a cast intake class. Another big HINT - dont try and "headline" and event until you are sure you can put fans in stands by yourself - if you dont, tracks will cut you off. All would agree that this is a better filler in a KOTH or Pro Mod event than Test N Tune or a bracket race. My 3 cents.

[> thanks for your 3 cents unfortunatlly we cant make everyone happy, but we are trying. We dont care about "headling" events were just trying to create an organized heads up racing event thats not all about "the one with the biggest wallet WINS" Once I do appreciate your comments as well as every one elses, even the bitching is informative and constructive in its on way ! PLEASE keep the comments coming !!!!!!!! -- Morgan, 18:05:29 09/04/02 Wed [1]
