Can't make your meeting, but will give food for thought.
1 WE all have one thing in common , that's weight. Drag racing before bracket racing was always based weight to cubic inches to get everyone on the same equal field.
2 Are a set of conventional heads that are welded up, rolled over to change valve angle, and max ported any cheaper than Big Chiefs?
3 Gasoline only
4 One class for all (Small/big blocks with weight breaks)

This will take longer to check all cars at first but will get shorter as everyone is checked for inches at the begining. After checking everyone this can be shortened to only checking The first and second place winners
