Subject: And another thing!

I realize that we only had 6 cars at the first race. We rushed the first event so we could get 2 tune-up races in before the end of the season, and a lot of the racers say they didn't get the word or they would have come.

What we are asking is that if you know someone who has a car that fits, tell 'em! Ask them to come and run this event so we can get a feel for what will fly for next year.

Some of you don't fully realize that if this works, you will have another venue to run your car and have some fun.

We are not excluding anyone. Read the above post about the rules, and you will understand why we are doing it this way. The problem is to try anjd get as many combinations as possible at weights that are realistic. A 632" Big Chief motor would have to weigh about 3200# to run anywhere close to a 23 degree small block at any weight.

We are asking for cooperation...
