You need rules to gain interest and to obtain a car count
Cain't see running with out a weight to cube factor
Everyone will never have the same combo and will not invest money with out a weight to cube factor to get on a level playing field. Why is every one afraid of small blocks on a level field? You are going to need car count to survive (small or big blocks.
