Looking at things I always had choices and I made some pretty awful ones BUT I cant change that...I need to keep telling myself that...I can't change a thing from my past because it is just that...the PAST. What I can do something about is how it affects my life now. I do not want to live my life as a victim and that is what I have become...a victim of my abusive relationships in my past, my ex's, my mum and other people whom I trusted and whom betrayed that trust. I gave them more of me than I ever should've and I have to stop giving them this energy. It is a negative and totally fruitless exercise. By living the life the way I have been I have been giving them all that power and it's time that I took MY power back By living life to the full I will take back control in my life and I wont be living the life that they wish for me.
