I just wanted to share a funny story. I have 3 daughters and your song, "Mother Keep Your Daughters In" seems to be significiant to me. Right after I got the Sweet Sweet album, I was playing it and my oldest daughter was strolling around the house. She had never heard the song and was just sort of humming along, not paying a lot of attention. Suddenly she stopped in her tracks and said, "Mothers keep your what? HEY!!!" She then gave me a dirty look and I cracked up laughing.
I guess I wanted you to know that your music, aside from being meaningful in a way that's unique to everyone who enjoys it, can also be very funny, in the right context. Thanks for being brave enough to put yourself "out there".
