Hello Burton Cummings! In case you really do read this stuff I want to let you know what a big fan my sister is of your music. Maggie and her husband Terry have seen you several times in Ontario and I enjoy your music and the Guess Who's as well. However the reason I am writing is to request if you would consider coming to Maggie's 5oth birthday party in Port Dover, Ontario. I come from a large family of 11 and we never celebrated birthdays much as children. So we have started a 5oth birthday tradition. She is my older sister and she is the greatest sister anyone could ask for. But in the last few years she has developed a liver disease and last year she had a bad fall that developed into a concousion. They had too operate to relieve the pressure and she has lost some of her short-term memory due to this. It is unfair sometimes what people have to go through in this life. Anyway it would be terrific if you would consider this. If not, perhaps a photo with your autograph would be great. Though not as special to her as seeing you in person. Well if you do perhaps read this e-mail I would appreciate a response if that is not possible then I will let you know that the party will be at Angelos Steak and Italian Restaurant on Main street in Port Dover on Saturday, supper time, April 15th.
