I think you're stuck in a time warp waitng for some "press announcement" that the boys have agreed to tour and all these meetings in TO are centered around "getting the boys to make up ther minds" The boys have already said they're going to tour.
The meetings in TO are between the managers/promoters/sponsers/all those other little details that need to be worked out to arrange a tour. #1) the boys don't all have to be in TO or evan in the same room. (that's why they have managers) The boys don't evan have to be there to sign the contract, the managers are authorised to do that for them.If the guys themselvews had to handle all the negotiations with promoters whatever, why have/pay managers? 

I'm not trying to give the impression that I have more than a layman's knowledge of the inner workings of tour arrangements ect or that someone in authority is "whispering in my ear". They're not. But ya gotta admit, my instincts are usually not that far off the mark.

Why isn't Burton on ky58? He's in LA workin' on that cd
Ya think he went to LA to see that Ballard guy just to yak? Naa- Ballard called him/Saifer and said "get down here, I got time for ya" (again, just an instinct/guess on my part )  

Betcha I'm closer to right than wrong on this. If I'm wrong, I'll eat my Burton Cummings # One Forever sign. Then I'll have to make another one.
