Ok-We will start with Shakin and end with Power (although the NcDougall post Cummings band wrote some good stuff. Check out Taxman, That's The Monment, Moon Wave Maker, C'mon Little Mama from these LP's They are pretty good all things considering. Kinda like the Original Alice Cooper Band without Alice. Great musicians!!

Gimme a break. I thought this thread was regarding the best three songs from each incarnation. No one on this board would, for a moment, put this group above all others, but its intended to let people choose what they perceive as the best songs from a certain line-up. If you have another favorite HATTY song, you're welcome to create your list, but get off of your high horse and allow people to play this game. If someone falls out of the rules, that's different, but a comment like 'Please' does not address the question. So what are YOUR favorite post BC GW songs?? I'm waiting with baited breath.

Don't fence me in - I can't pick just 3! I've cut it down as much as I can but now I've got brain strain...

Bachman Era - Of a Dropping Pin, No Time, Proper Stranger,
A Wednesday in Your Garden

Winter et. al. - Share the Land, Do You Miss Me Darlin',
Broken, So Long Bannatyne, Attila's Blues

Troiano - Loves Me Like a Brother, Rosanne, Dreams, Women

Just 3? Yeah, right! I'll take liberties by allowing more than 3 for Kurt, since he was in for 3 different configurations.

Bachman Era: Key, Undun, No Time (Canned Wheat version)
Winter/Leskiw/Kale: Three More Days, Hey Rockers!, So Long Bannatyne
Winter/McDougall/Kale: Pain Train, American Woman, Saskatoon (all live)
Winter/McDougall/Wallace: Atilla's Blues, All Hashed Out, Just Let Me Sing
Troiano: Hoe Down Time, Long Gone, Loves Me Like A Brother
'83 Reunion: Sun Go Down, What's Gonna Happen, Creepin' Peepin' (although it's a BC tune, really)
GW sans-Cummings: I don't think so. (I do like Vancouver, though)

That about does it for today. I'll be back with an entirely different list tomorrow.

Bachman Era: 1. Of A Dropping Pin (Pre-These Eyes Version) 2. Old Joe 3. No Sugar Tonight/New Mother Nature
Post Bachman/Pre Troiano Era: 1. Share The Land 2. Back To The City 3. Just Let Me Sing
Troiano Era: 1. Hoe Down Time 2. Dreams 3. Women
Post Troiano Era: 1. Laid It On Me Anyway 2. Vancouver 3. Sweet Young Thing
Worst of Any of these Eras: Herbert's A Loser

Actually, I enjoy this task. To choose 3 from the BC days is impossible, but the post BC time is much easier. Here's my verdict.

The McDougall era - C'mon Little Mama, Vancouver, Taxman (all true to the classic GW sound)

The Desjarlais era - Magic, All Over Now and Lovelite (even though it sounds like April Wine's "Tonight Is A Wonderful Time")

The Hatty era??? Only one song is listenable - Rock 'N' Roll Classic.

And that's my humble opinion.
