Installing keyless entry and remote starter may take 2-3 hours. I start the engine before open the door to avoid alarm go off (My 92 D has this problem). I could not find the door lock wires near the fuse box. I run the wires from the door's switch to the engine bay (throught a small hole in A pilar) to the controller which was set up near the fuse box.
Good luck.
