The Aussies have Mitsubushi s that quite outrank us in performance. The US Mitsu distributors or the men upstairs, slate the car as a luxury model that if in the next year or so, the VRX doesnt sell, you can look for the model to be redesigned rebadged or eliminated in the US all together. This is mitusbishi s flagship luxury entry in the market and for the price is not in competition with say 5 series BMW or Millinea, but performance and technology wise it has become stale and out dated . I had the pleasure of Driving my Mothers 740IL all this weekend and I am a bit disconcerted with the performance of my D now that I am home. Also I think driving my brothers 95 Viper RT10 for the first time had alot to do with it. I am considering selling mine and getting a M3 or M5.
