Does anyone know why Mitsubishi makes such little effort to advertise the Diamante? I, too, was at an auto show recently and found a VRX stuffed way back behind a wall partition. Even my dealer rarely has one in his show room and you NEVER see one in a TV ad.

Is the Diamante such a low margin product that Mitsubishi doesn't want to spend $$ in comparision to their 4WD stuff?

Does Mitsubishi sell enough Verdas in Auz and Japan to make it profitable to send the few that get sold over here?

Since buying my '02ES I have wondered why such a nice car has such low acceptance in the US.
