Remove black plastic cover under glove box and look for the blower motor (should be able to hear it) to the right side. It's only held in by 4 screws I think. I had the same problem - fixed it by tapping a wrench on it while A/C on. All of a sudden, it came back to life with a couple of taps. Probably the easiest way for a quick fix. I only removed the plastic covering at the floorboard. Worth a shot.
