Man, I've been slacking so bad lately, and it showed Friday when I failed an exam in Reactor Principles. So now I have to suck it up and bust my ass for the next five weeks, then it's Christmas Leave and I'm done except for my final exam. I also took a break from working out this week, I had a wisdom tooth pulled last Friday and it didn't heal too well, so I didn't want to do anything to aggravate it, plus I felt like being lazy. As far as supplements go all I'm taking now is GNC wehy protien and ATP creatine serum. I load up on protien for breakfast with some hard boiled eggs, for lunch, and usually chicken for dinner(I detest fish). As far as my plan goes, I spend about an hour or so in the gym, I rotate; biceps and shoulders, triceps and chest, then one day of legs. Six days and then I slack on Sunday. I'm doin okay, still a scrawny guy, but I'm fairly tough so it's all good. I'm really looking for a way to develop my shoulders and triceps, so if you have any tips or secrets, feel free to share them.
